Service refers to our website and services as developer, coder and desginer.
Cloned coin refers to the cloned coin we build from open source coins.
Operator refers to the owner of the coin we create (our client).
Project refers to the project of owner of the coin.
Owner refers to the owner of the coin we create (our client).
User refers to users of coin.
Responsibilities
We are hired developers, designers and coders that clone open source cryptocurrencies and not operatoring coins ourself. We are not responsible for any damage that may affect you using cloned coin or from projects you invested in (both as operator of the coin or user of the coin). Users of cloned coins should refers to Operator's website and contact them for asking any Warranty before using cryptocurrency they offer. Users should make sure everything is legitimate before any investment in such projects.
We are not responsible for problems you may have to start using cloned coin and bugs in original coin that affected on cloned coin. You should know how a cryptocurrency works to run and use cloned coin.
We alway clone coins from original source codes and just change parameters. We do not change main codes that may cause fatal errors, so if you get fatal errors from cloned coin it is related to original coin you send to us and not our fault.
We can not learn you to work with cloned coins. You should know how to mine and work coin yourself or search internet to find how to do it.
We do not mine blocks and have not mining hardware compatible with all kind of coins so you should have capable hardware to mine your cloned coin (in most cases includes premine blocks).
Fees, Payments and Transactions
AltcoinBuilder charge fees for transaction processing.
All payments are final and non-refundable once we deliver your coin.
We can not work on projects without payment, all payments should be done in advance or with condition we provides to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to nor shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, consultancy or trusteeship, you and AltcoinBuilder being with respect to one another independent contractors.
It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the transactions you for which you have submitted transaction details via the Services, and it is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. You agree that AltcoinBuilder is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your Bitcoin transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding or remitting any taxes arising from any Bitcoin transactions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We may, in our sole discretion and without cost to you, with or without prior notice and at any time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any portion of our Services. You are solely responsible for storing, outside of the Services, a backup of any Wallet Address and Key pair that you maintain in your Wallet.
If you do not maintain a backup of your data outside of the Services, you may not be able to access data associated with any account.

Our Service may contain links to thirdparty web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AltcoinBuilder.
AltcoinBuilder has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that AltcoinBuilder shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any thirdparty web sites or services that you visit.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
